Anyone can join Jove Club! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced adventurer/runner/climber, Jove Club will have something for you.

Absolutely! While we have plenty of members who are experienced climbers, runners, and adventurers, Jove Club is for everyone. Whether you’re just getting started with fitness or are looking to try something new, our sessions are designed to accommodate all levels of ability. Our coaches will support you as you work toward your personal goals, and we’ll help you build confidence, skill, and strength along the way.
Most of our trips are suitable for anyone (especially after some Jove Club training!). On occasion there will be more advanced events (e.g. the Welsh 3000s) but on the whole, everything is scalable.

At Jove Club, we’re all about pushing limits and helping you take your skills to the next level, whether you’re running, climbing, or tackling new adventures.
For runners, we can offer advanced coaching and tailored training programmes that go beyond the basics – from structured intervals and strength training to endurance-building for mountain races or ultra-marathons. Our Jove Fitness sessions are designed with runners in mind and aim to build resilience to ensure you’re ready for tough terrain and long-distance challenges, with expert coaches who understand the demands of serious runners.
For climbers, we focus on improving both your technique (through organised coaching sessions) and physical strength through specialised training that targets climbing-specific muscles. Our fitness sessions incorporate mobility, strength and conditioning work to help you climb smarter and stronger, reducing the risk of injury and increasing your performance on the rock or wall.
Plus, our adventure trips, such as multi-day hiking and climbing expeditions, give you the chance to challenge yourself in real-world environments with like-minded people who are just as passionate about pushing boundaries as you are.

We try to make Jove Club as accessible as possible and so many of the sessions are included in the membership fee. For activities that require a venue or an external instructor, we’ve negotiated a discounted rate vs going directly.
To make the most out of Jove Club’s London element, we’d recommend doing two Jove Run sessions per week along with one Jove Fitness and one Jove Climb.
As for Jove Adventure, join us for as many trips as you like! This is what Jove Club is all about!

This is the highlight of Jove Club. Trips will focus on being outdoors and seeing beautiful places. They could range from hiking and running trips in remote parts of Scotland, to rock climbing or kayaking and more. We’ll also embark on physical challenge events which could be anything from The Three Peaks to marathons.
The overall aim of Jove Adventure is to share experiences and foster teamwork in challenging, but fun situations. There’s no better time to put the world to rights than on a long hike or around a campsite.

Yes! We encourage you to bring a friend along to experience our free run club, our fitness sessions and events. If they’re not a member, they’ll pay the non-member rate, but it’s a great way to introduce someone to the benefits of Jove Club. For trips, you can also bring a friend, though space may be limited, so we recommend booking early. Members get priority for event spots.

Yes, absolutely! You can still attend fitness sessions without being a Jove Club member, but you will pay the non-member rate for each session. Becoming a member provides access to discounted prices and exclusive perks, so it’s a great way to save if you plan to come regularly.

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you can’t make it to a session, please let us know as soon as possible. We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for fitness sessions. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, we may not be able to refund you. For trips, please refer to our event-specific cancellation policy in our adventure terms and conditions.

Jove Club offers a wide variety of adventure trips ranging from one-day hikes and climbs to multi-day expeditions in stunning locations. We plan trips that challenge your fitness, provide new experiences, and allow you to connect with others who are passionate about outdoor adventures. Examples include:
