WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ‘CLUB’?
The ‘club’ aspect of Jove Club is where it all comes together. We run socials, challenges, and events that keep you connected, inspired, and surrounded by people who get it.
Whether you’re joining for the adventures, the training, or both - joining club sessions helps you get to know people doing the same!
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Discounted Climbing – we’ve setup deals with multiple climbing walls for discounts during Jove Club sessions. Climbing is social and training all in one!
In Person Coaching - we do fitness training sessions which are compatible with our ‘Jove Club Training Programme’ - see below for more.
Training Support – you can ask any of us coaches about your training - we’ll be happy to help.
Free Run Club - there’s a lot of bad advice out there… We want to give people access to some free coaching.
WhatsApp Community Group - the place you can connect with other members and see who’s going climbing/running/training!

JOVE FITNESS
Remember our adventure fitness priorities are 1. Resilience & Robustness and 2. Aerobic Capacity - through specific strength work, plyometrics and outdoor training, we use these sessions to support our priorities.
When: Every Monday evening at 7pm
Where: Albert Bridge Car Park (Battersea Park)

JOVE CLIMB
We’ve got a lot of climbers! It’s a great way to socialise and of course, improve climbing technique. Note, these aren’t instructed sessions.
When: Every Tuesday anytime between 6.30pm and 9pm
Where: VauxWall East or Castle Climbing
Cost: Varies depending on the wall

JOVE RUN
Running improves aerobic capacity, is extremely accessible and is the most similar to hiking - so we see it as key training for adventure activity. We want to coach to be better.
When: TBC - look out for sessions in the calendar/on socials
Where: Varies - look out for announcements
