Why 1-to-1

Generic programmes get generic results.

Most online coaching is a template with your name on it. A plan designed for a 35-year-old desk worker training for a Snowdonia ridge walk is not the same as one designed for a 28-year-old runner targeting their first alpine route — even if the label says otherwise.

Our coaches write your plan from scratch, adapt it monthly, and understand the specific demands of the objectives you're training toward. Adventure fitness has particular requirements — aerobic base, load-bearing capacity, mental resilience — that generic programmes simply don't address.

The first month is £120. After that it's £240/month. Cancel any time.

Joe joined Jove Club as a founding member and was quickly brought in to lead coaching. With 10 years of industry experience — professional football clubs, commercial gyms, physiotherapy practices — he was recently recognised by the London Standard as one of the 30 best trainers in London. His training philosophy is built on a love for the outdoors: running, strength work, and mobility. He loves climbing, running, and getting involved with every club activity.

Former Royal Marines officer and founder of Jove Club. Freddie's point of difference is his genuine understanding of London life — demanding hours, competing priorities — and how to build serious fitness around it. Having completed one of the hardest military selection courses in the world (fewer than 30 people pass each year), his speciality is endurance, resilience, and building a mindset for hard things. Qualified Mountain Leader, working towards the highest mountaineering and climbing qualifications.
