Our FREE weekly Run Club session is open to everyone and focuses on speed, aerobic development, and running form to help you become a stronger, more efficient runner. Whether you're building your aerobic base or training for something epic, running is one of the best tools in your kit - and this is the perfect place to do it.
Aerobic
Steady state at a comfortable pace (5-7km) or tempo

Sprints and timed intervals
Focus: Interval training, speed work, and conditioning designed to make you run faster

Trail
One of our most popular sessions.
Our trail run sessions are designed to take your fitness to the next level, putting everything you’ve built in our run club and fitness sessions to the test.
Led by a qualified Mountain Leader & Run Coach, these runs are about developing the skills you need to enjoy trail running anywhere.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or new to the trails, you'll gain the confidence and technique to tackle different terrains while improving your fitness.
