From park workouts to mountain missions, Jove Fitness builds more than just functional strength.

Current Weekly Schedule:

Run/Mountain Specific Strength Sessions + High Intensity Conditioning

  • When: Thursday evening 6.30pm-7.30pm. Look out for weekend specials too

  • Focus: Conditioning and run/mountain focussed strength with a general bias on legs, core and shoulders

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub, Battersea

  • Level: Fitness sessions are scalable and appropriate for all abilities

Strength + Mobility

  • When: Monday evening 7pm-8pm. Look out for weekend specials too

  • Focus: Mobility and strength training aimed at preventing injuries and improving running and climbing performance

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub, Battersea

  • Level: Fitness sessions are scalable and appropriate for all abilities
