  • Steady State at a Comfortable Pace (7-9km)

  • When: Wednesday evening 6:30pm - 7.30pm

  • Focus: Form, technique, and steady-state running

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub

Speed

  • Sprints and Timed Intervals

  • When: Monday evening 6.30pm - 7.30pm + 7.30pm - 8.30pm

  • Focus: Interval training, speed work, and conditioning

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub for the evening session and Chelsea Bridge corner of Battersea Park for the morning sessions

Beginner

  • Helping you get started

  • When: Wednesday evening 7:30pm - 8.30pm

  • Focus: Form, technique, and a mix between steady state runs + speed work

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub

Trail

One of our most popular sessions.

Our trail run sessions are designed to take your fitness to the next level, putting everything you’ve built in our run club and fitness sessions to the test.

Led by a qualified Mountain Leader, these runs are about developing the skills you need to enjoy trail running anywhere.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or new to the trails, you'll gain the confidence and technique to tackle different terrains while improving your fitness.
