USE LONDON TO PREPARE FOR EVENTS AND ADVENTURES WITH LONDON’S RUNNING CLUB FOR MEN

Welcome to Jove Run - where fitness meets social in the heart of Battersea Park and beyond.

Our running sessions are structured to help you reach your running goals and help you achieve things you never thought possible, whether you're a beginner or experienced runner.

Runners tackling an evening interval training session along the illuminated paths of Battersea Park. Red training cones mark out the workout zone under the winter trees, capturing the dedication of our members training after dark.

Current Weekly Schedule:

Speed Training + Performance - Sprints and Timed Intervals

  • When: Monday evening 6.30pm - 7.30pm + Wednesday morning 6am - 7am

  • Focus: Interval training, speed work, and conditioning

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub for the evening session and Chelsea Bridge corner of Battersea Park for the morning sessions

Aerobic Base - Steady State at a Comfortable Pace

  • When: Wednesday evening 6:30pm - 7.30pm

  • Focus: Form, technique, and steady-state running

  • Meeting Point: The Latchmere Pub

Fun + Longer Runs - Steady State at a Comfortable Pace

  • When: Weekends TBC (generally in the morning)

  • Focus: Endurance building and social running

  • Meeting Point: TBC - we’ll generally explore different parts of London

We prepare you for both city races and wild adventures, taking your running journey from Battersea Park to Britain's most epic trails and beyond.

  • Small backpack/bag for belongings (for longer or trail runs)

We help you track your progress through:

  • Frequent benchmark runs and time trials - from 800m - 10km

  • Personal achievement records

We’ll often use running to launch into Jove Social events..

  • Post-run coffee meetups

  • Post run drinks

  • WhatsApp group support

  • Strava club community
